Here is all the work I put together for this project

Mattern, Karen A. "Nursing." Magill’S Medical Guide (Online Edition) (2014) Research Starters. Web. 23 Sept. 2014.

Nursing is a career to be taken very seriously. This article          talks about the different types of nursing, the origin of              nursing, and the common misconceptions about nursing.           "Throughout a nurse’s career, they will become more                  involved with several different areas in the healthcare field        (Mattern 1)." Nurses should be like the mother away from          home for their patients, treating them with love and care          and making them feel like their sickness is gone for that            short period of time they are visiting. Nurses should be              confident to make the patient feel secure in the fact that            they are being taken care of to the best of the nurse’s                  ability. My source is a .com. Even though commercial                  sources like this are generically very biased, I used Galileo.        Galileo is an extremely credible source. This website is filled      with only the best and most credible articles on millions of        different topics. The article I used is everything anybody            needs to know about nursing. It informed me about the            different aspects of nursing and all about the history of this      field. Because I want to be a nurse, this article provided              very useful and credible information for me to gain                    knowledge about my future career.

"Congestive Heart Failure." Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia (2014): 1p. 1. Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia. Web. 19 Apr. 2015.

Congestive Heart Failure, or CHF, is a condition in which the heart      weakens and is no longer able to pump blood through the body        effeciently. Symptoms of CHF result from an edema forming in          the tissues of the body. Some symptoms include fatigue, weight         gain, swelling of ankles, and difficulty breathing.

"People with heart failure cannot exert themselves, and they

easily become short of breath and tired."(Funk & Wagnalls New          World 1). Congestvie Heart Failure is just a type of heart failure in      which the fluids in the organs become conjested. Hence, the              name congestive heart failure. Some potential quotes would be        "Physicians classify congestive heart failure into two main types.         In one type, called systolic dysfunction, the heart cannot contract       properly, reducing its ability to pump blood. In the other type,             called diastolic dysfunction, the heart is less able to relax and             thus fill its internal pumping chambers before each heartbeat."

Because it explains the 2 different types of heart failure. This

source I used is a .com source. Normally, a .com source would be

kind of untrustworthy, but because I found this off of a credible

source, Galileo, I know the information is valid.
